The West End and Bucktown

The 17th Street Canal was the first breach for flood waters - it couldn't take the storm surge from the lake and the pumps weren't working. Some of the restaurants are back open, namely R&O's and Deanie's, but expect long lines because there aren't enough restaurants or enough people to take care of the customers.
