Handcut Hollow
With all of the machine cut trails in Bentonville, it was nice to hit a trial that was actually created like the ones we all ride back home. The primary feature of this trail is a hub where there are several downhill runs, so you can ride them over and over again We rode all of them and none were too far over my skill level. Lots of fun. Then we went and rode some of the other trails throughout the system. Some people will combine this with Slaughter Pen, but after a full day on this network (and a flat tire on my car) we called it a day.

Centennial Park Trails
Centennial has proximity to Kessler, but they are night and day different. Where Kessler is chunky and technical, Centennial is more flowy with jumps and longer downhill runs. There are some cool features built up and Junk Drawer was a nice long stretch back to Kessler when we finally said we had enough for the day.

Mount Kessler
This is a great trail and well worth the drive from Bentonville. It's rocky and technical, a lot like the Barton Creek Greenbelt with plenty of features to take advantage of on your ride. The trail is about a mile from Centennial so you can make a day of it and head down from Bentonville to cover two at once. Kessler is definitely the more challenging of the two and will give you a lot more climbing.

Lake Atalanta
This trail falls into the "yeah, I did it" checkbox trail. If you live near it, then it is a fine trail to ride. I could see myself riding it weekly if I lived in the area. But when you think about all of the other trails that you have to choose from in such close proximity, this is nice, but there are better places.
